For the past 25-years, I have helped business owners and IT executives evaluate and implement cloud-based communication solutions.

I have a unique perspective and insight into the market, working for industry leaders 8x8, Shoretel, Fuze, and Avaya. As a Unified Communications Expert for CDW Corporation, a $16B Cisco and Microsoft Reseller.

I helped hundreds of customers in every industry migrate from on-premise voice and contact center services to a cloud-based solution.

Through my cloud consulting services, I now sit on the customer's side of the table, offering unbiased recommendations considering my customer's unique requirements.

I understand the subtle differences between the Providers such as NICE, Five9, Talkdesk, Genesys, Zoom, Avaya and have helped businesses avoid the pitfalls others business leaders have made when implementing this powerful technology.
